What this service is

ATX Reward Plug provides travel research and concierge planning — not travel agency booking. You book directly with hotels and airlines using the links and information I provide. I take no cut from your stay.

Payments

Planning fees ($5–$499) are processed via Stripe and are credited toward your booking when you book through me. Planning fees are otherwise non-refundable, except the $49 Hotel Price Audit, which is refunded if I can't beat your price.

No guarantees

Hotel availability and prices change constantly. I quote real totals at the time of research, but I can't guarantee a rate stays available until you book. I'll always show you the free-cancel date so you know your window.

Your responsibilities

Give me accurate dates, group sizes, and budgets. Double-check names, dates, and cancellation terms before you pay any hotel or airline directly.
